Next to the young Giampaolo, (the present owner and all round odd-job man), and Federica, (his partner in life and work), the “cantina” is literally presided over by the company’s enological consultant Emiliano Falsini, a Tuscan with a passion for Umbria in general and Sagrantino in particular, helped by the faithful cellarman, Arturo; while in the vineyard, every single operation is closely supervised by Stefano Dini, who knows every inch of the property intimately. And of course we mustn’t forget Nello, Giampaolo’s father, who dispenses experience, wisdom and advice, as does Uncle zio Angelo.
Together, they’re a real team, loyal and passionate, lucky enough to work with their passion every day! All of them obsessed with quality, from vine to wine, from bottling to marketing. |
